Terms of Service

These terms are the ground rules for using BizGroups. By creating an account you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain on purpose.

Your account

• Use your real name and an email address you control.
• Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use BizGroups.

What you post

• Only list a business or ministry you actually run or have permission to represent, and keep the details accurate.
• Only upload photos you have the right to share. If a photo shows someone else, make sure they're okay with it.
• You keep ownership of everything you post. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people described in our Privacy Policy, only so we can run the service.
• No spam, scams, hateful content, or anything illegal. Don't use contact details from the directory for bulk marketing.

Groups and leaders

Each group is run by its own leaders, not by BizGroups. Leaders decide which listings appear in their directory and can remove or block a listing from their group. If you create a group, you're responsible for reviewing what gets approved and for how your group uses the directory.

Our part

• We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
• BizGroups is provided as is. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free. We aren't responsible for dealings between members and the businesses they find here.
• We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the date at the top and let account holders know by email.

Leaving

You can delete your listings or leave a group anytime. To close your account, email dev@bizgroups.app.
